-illustration payment:must be paid in full before the commission is started.-Vtuber Model Payment:50% of the commission will be requested at the beginning and the other 50% at the middle of the project (to start the rig).Payment with Paypal requires an extra +10% cost to cover the platform fees.------ Revisions:the artist will request from the client to approve the revisions for at least 3 to 5 instances of the work, specifically for the sketch and coloring (pre-rendering) phase. These revisions cannot lead to backtracking already approved steps, nor increase drastically the amount of work planned for the commission.------ Refunds:commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the artist decides to cancel the commission, if the artist has not sent any update regarding the commission progress for a period longer than 28 days or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing a rush-order deadline. Only in those cases, the payment will be fully or partially refunded if the client requests it according to the artist's criteria.------ Termination:if the client fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist for a period longer than 21 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.- in case of requesting a vtuber model and the client does not respond or does not pay the last amount within a period of 2 months, the rights of use of the character will be transferred to the artist to be able to use or sell it if required.-----
- Public Privacy (default):The artist reserves the right to use and publish the commission and work in progress on their social media, streaming platforms, banners, websites and portfolio unless negotiated otherwise.------ Personal use license (default):the client has the right to use the commission for their personal usage, this includes but not limited to print for personal display, wallpaper, posted as profile icons on websites/social medias as long as they give proper credits to the artist. The artist retains the commercial use licenses of the work unless negotiated otherwise.-----mental health clause:-for a good interaction between artist and client please do not make inappropriate comments, either insults or disqualifying comments, this in order to avoid a bad experience, since as an artist you are looking for the best possible service, for this reason respect is requested.-although you can speak in an informal way, do not confuse it with disrespect.
-a maximum of 3 warnings will be given.-if you do not respect this clause, which is at the artist's discretion, the service will be terminated with the possibility of a refund of 50% of the commission and only if no more than 2 weeks have passed since the beginning of the project.-by making the first payment you agree with all the above mentioned.

- The owner of commercial use licenses have the rights to use the commission as merchandise to sell, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes as long as they don't involve modifying the product or impacting negatively the artist. Reselling or minting artworks as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.------ The owner of commercial use is still required to give proper credits to the artist while using or exposing the work.----- The specific terms must be negotiated beforehand with the following options:-Commercial use license A (promotional material linked to commercial purposes: VTuber branding, online shops, Twitch, Youtube, merch where the art is not the main focus but appears directly: book cover, game assets, merch where the art is the main focus: keychains, pillow cover, t-shirt design)1.2 X PRICE
